• Identification of children under Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Bal Shramik Vidya Yojana will be done by Gram Panchayats, Local Body, Childline or School Management Committee in survey/inspection on behalf of Labor Department officials.
• If either the mother or the father or both are suffering from any incurable disease, then their children will be given priority for selection. For this priority, a certificate given by the Chief Medical Officer will have to be given.
• The 2011 Census list will be used for the selection of landless households and women-headed households.
