Chief Medical Officer Rajendra Prasad has informed that the helpline number of Pradhan Mantri Matrutva Vandana Yojana 2023 has now changed to 104. This helpline number was earlier 7998799804. Under this scheme by the Central Government, an amount of ₹ 5000 is provided as honorarium to pregnant women in three installments for their upbringing.
At present, free treatment facilities are being provided to pregnant women at Women’s Hospital, 16 CHC, 53 PHC and 326 sub-health centers of Mirzapur district. So far 68640 women have been benefited under this scheme. On which 26 crore 97 lakh or 44 lakh rupees have been spent.
Through this scheme, from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022, 3175 women have been given benefits. On which 59 lakh 98 lakh rupees have been spent.
