In this, by integrating other ongoing scooty distribution schemes for meritorious girl students, about 10,050 girl students, including scheduled caste, minority girl students, are benefited by giving scooty every year.

Name and objective of Kalibai Bheel Medhavi Chatra Scooty Yojana 2023
The objective of Rajasthan Kali Bai Bhil Medhavi Chhatra Scooty Scheme 2023 is as follows-
- Government (including residential schools run by the state government) and private schools in the state of Rajasthan
The said scheme is being implemented in the state with the aim of encouraging students to study as regular students up to class 12th and get more marks in class 12th and to develop a sense of competition among girl students and motivate them for higher studies.
- The name of the scheme will be “Kalibai Bhil Medhavi Chhatra Scooty Scheme”.
- This scheme will be effective from the financial year 2020-21 (April 01, 2020) i.e. in the year 2023, scooty will be provided on the basis of declared result of class 12th.
- The nodal department of this scheme will be the Commissioner College Education Department.
Kalibai Bheel Medhavi Chatra Scooty Yojana 2023 Benefits
The benefits payable under Rajasthan Kali Bai Bhil Medhavi Yojana 2023 are as follows.

Kalibai Bheel Medhavi Chatra Scooty Yojana 2023 Distribution ratio of total scooty number
The distribution ratio of the number of scooty given under Kali Bai Bhil Medhavi Chatra Scooty Scheme 2023 is as follows
- 50 percent scooty will be sanctioned to girl students studying in government schools of Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education and 25 percent scooty to girl students of private schools.
- 25 percent scooty can be given as a unit for girl students who have passed from government/private schools of the Central Board of Secondary Education.
- All the departments will keep the ratio in the total number of scooties to be distributed in the above scheme in different faculties as follows-
i. In the Faculty of Science – 40 percent of the total scooty
II. In commercial sector – 5 percent of the total scooty
iii. Arts Faculty – 55 percent of the total scooty
iv. Senior Upadhyaya class – 7 scooties out of total scooties (at divisional level) - Central Board of Secondary Education The percentage of girl students of government and private schools has been kept at 25, but keeping in view the practicality of the division, the percentage can be increased/decreased. No beneficiary will be able to claim the scooty through the court.
- Selection under the scheme will be done by each department on the basis of district-wise preference from among the eligible girl students.
Kalibai Bheel Medhavi Chatra Scooty Yojana 2023 Eligibility
Eligibility for Rajasthan Kali Bai Bhil Medhavi Chatra Scooty Scheme 2023 has been kept as follows
- Girl students who have passed class 12th with minimum 65% marks in Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education and passed class 12th with minimum 75% marks in Central Board of Secondary Education who are studying in any school in Rajasthan.
- As a regular student in class 12th examination in government (including residential schools run by the state government) and private schools, on obtaining the prescribed percentage of marks in the scheme run by the concerned department. The marks obtained in the supplementary examination will not be included in the above prescribed percentage marks.
- Graduation degree from any Rajasthan based college like (BA BED/ B.SC.BED/ B.COM.BED/ BE / B.TECH/ B.ARCH / MBBS / IIT / BBA / BBM / BCA / BDS / BHMS / BAMS / LAW/etc.) and studying as a regular student.
- The benefit of the scheme will not be payable if there is a gap of one year from the year of passing 12th class in the admission of bachelor’s degree.
- Girl students getting financial assistance in any other scheme will also be benefited in this scheme. Girl students receiving financial aid/scholarship in any other scheme will not be deprived of this scheme.
- The girl students who have got the benefit of scooty in any scheme of the state government on the basis of their marks in any class before the implementation of the said scheme, those girl students will not be eligible to get scooty in this scheme. But in the past, on the basis of 10th class result from TAD Department, School Education Department, a girl child has received scooty on the basis of 10th result, then that girl student will get a lump sum amo
- Income limit of the parents of the beneficiary student in the schemes included under Devnarayan Yojana and Kalibai Bhil Medhavi Chhatra Scooty Yojana.,5 lakhs annually.
- The benefit of the scheme run by the TAD department will be given to all the eligible girl students of the families who do not pay income tax.
- Scheme wise Appendix No. Action will be taken to distribute scooty according to 1 to 6. In commerce faculty, at least one scooty will be awarded to the highest scoring girl student in each district.
