Application Process for Blue Aadhaar card
1. First of all, visit the official website of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) (www.UIDAI.gov.in)(http://www.uidai.gov.in).
2. After this click on the option of 'Aadhar Card'.
3. A new window will open where you have to fill the child's information like name, mobile number, email ID etc.
4. Review all the information filled and then submit the form.
5. After submitting the form, you have to visit the UIDAI centre.
6. Make sure to take an online appointment before visiting the UIDAI centre.
7. Select the 'Make Appointment' option for the appointment and complete the process.

Biometric information is not required while making Blue Aadhaar card for children below five years of age. According to the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), parents can apply for Baal Aadhaar for their child below five years of age.
