As per the SSC exam calendar, Staff Selection Commission (SSC) published the notification for the recruitment of Junior Engineer (JE) on March 28, 2024. Indian candidates who have Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, B.E., B.Tech., AMIE (Part A and Part B), B.Sc. (Engineering), M.E., M.Tech. And M.Sc (Engineering) and age is not more than 30 years can apply for this examination.

Age Range
For various posts of SSC JE 2024, the age of the candidate should not be more than 30 years. Important date for age calculation DoP&T OM No. 14017/70/87-Estt.(RR) dated 14.07.1988 has been fixed as 01-08-2024. Also, age relaxation will be given as per the rules of the Government of India.

SSC JE 2024 Application Fee
To apply online for the post of Junior Engineer, one must Candidate will have to pay ₹100 as application feewho belong to Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste or Economically Weaker Section, Ex-Servicemen and reserved category candidates and women will not have to pay any fee.
