Railway Protection Force (RPF) is launching a big recruitment drive across India to fill several posts. This recruitment focuses on the posts of Constable and Sub-Inspector, with a total of 4660 vacancies available, 4208 for Constables and 452 for Sub-Inspector. Notification for the recruitment of Sub Inspector and Constable has been released on 15th April 2024 and then interested candidates can fill the RPF SI Application Form 2024 from 15th April to 14th May 2024 on the official website rpf.Indianrailways.gov.in.

There is recruitment for more than 4000 constable and sub inspector posts in the Railway Protection Force (RPF) of Indian Railways. The application form for this will be filled from 15th April. RPF Recruitment 2024 Vacancy Details and Selection Process

The number of vacancies for the post of Constable and SI has been officially announced by RPF, it is 4208 for Constable and 452 for SI. The selection process for the post of Constable and Sub Inspector under Central Reserve Police Force consists of three stages, which are CBT, PET and PST. Get details about it below.

• Computer-Based Testing (CBT) – Phase I: Preliminary Online Examination which will consist of General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning.
• Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT) – Stage II: Candidates qualified from CBT go through activities like running, long jump and high jump. Physical standards vary according to post.
• Document Verification: Candidates provide the required documents to confirm eligibility.
• Medical Examination: Candidates successful in document verification are required to undergo medical examination to ensure that they meet the required standards.

How to Apply Online for RPF Recruitment 2024?

The application fee for SI or Constable under RPF is Rs 250 for SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen, Women, Minorities and Economically Backward Candidates. Other candidates will have to pay application fee of Rs 500. To apply online, you need to follow the step-by-step instructions given below.

• Go to Recruitment section and select the concerned post (Constable or Sub-Inspector).
• Register by providing your basic information and obtaining User ID and Password.

Salary of RPF constable and SI

The basic salary of Sub Inspector in RPF is Rs 35,400 per month while the salary of RPF Constable is Rs 21,700.
