In the first round of counseling, a total of 7,605 candidates have already been allotted seats in medical colleges within the state.
Who Can Participate in KEA NEET UG 2nd Round?
Candidates who are interested and eligible but failed to register earlier will have the opportunity to participate in the Karnataka NEET UG 2nd counseling round for MBBS and BDS admissions in state medical colleges. Additionally, applicants who had registered but could not complete the payment before the deadline will also be eligible for the second round of KEA NEET UG counseling 2023.
Furthermore, candidates who did not finish the document verification process will be allowed to do so on August 28.
It’s important to note that students holding a verification slip will not be permitted to undergo document verification again.
KEA emphasizes that non-Karnataka candidates will not be eligible for reservation. Hence, only candidates who have scored 50th percentile or above will be considered eligible to participate in the counseling process.
