BSPHCL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection of candidates for all the posts under BSPHCL Recruitment 2024 will be based on the following stages:
- Step-1: Computer Based Test
- Step 2: Document Verification
- Step 3: Medical Examination
Note – Unlike the selection process for other posts, selection for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer will be done on the basis of GATE score.
BSPHCL Recruitment 2024 Salary
Technician Grade 3, Junior Accountant Clerk, Correspondent Clerk, Store Assistant from among the candidates selected for various posts under BSPHCL Recruitment 2024 for a probation period of one year with a monthly salary of Rs 9,200. Rs 9200-15500 Will get pay band of Rs. and JEE (GTO), candidates selected for Assistant Executive Engineer posts with a monthly salary of Rs 25,900 and Rs 36800 respectively for a probation period of one year. Rs 25900-48900 and Rs 36800 to 58800 Will get pay band of Rs. After completion of probation period, candidates will be calculated under the respective pay level along with regular pay as per 7th Pay Commission.
