• The main feature of Eklavya Training Scheme of Jharkhand Government is that the benefit of this scheme will be given to such students studying in the state whose financial condition is not good.
• Under this scheme, 3 months free coaching will be provided to the beneficiaries in competitive examinations.
• Under this scheme, free coaching facility will be provided for the preparation of competitive examinations like UPSC, JPSC and bank Jobs.
• Along with coaching, under this scheme the beneficiary will also be given employment allowance, travel allowance and placement allowance which will be Rs 2,500. This allowance will be given during training.
• Under this scheme, an allowance of Rs 1500 will be provided to girl students and disabled people and Rs 1000 to male students.
• Students who live in hostels will be provided Rs 2500 as financial allowance during coaching.
• Beneficiary students will be given free coaching in competitive examinations, as well as internet and computer education, and they will also be taught to speak English.
• The training provided under this scheme will be for 3 months and after its completion, students will also be provided a certificate, which will help them get employment in future.
• Through skill education, industry level training will be provided to the beneficiary students, so that their future can become better.

• The benefit of Eklavya Training Scheme of Jharkhand Government is to be given to the permanent residents of Jharkhand.
• Along with this, beneficiaries whose age is between 18 years to 35 years are allowed to apply.

• Apart from this, the residence of the person applying should be within the radius of 5 square kilometers from the training centre.
