Bihar Small Entrepreneur Scheme Selection List 2024: Bihar Government had started Bihar Small Entrepreneur Scheme with the aim of providing financial help for Jobs to the poor and economically backward people of the state. A list of names of citizens of the state who have applied for this scheme has been released. Selected applicants of all categories included in this list will be given financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh by the state government. Bihar Small Entrepreneur Scheme Selected List and Beneficiary Details

Bihar Government has launched Bihar Small Entrepreneur Scheme for those families whose monthly income is less than Rs 6000. Through this scheme, a member of such families will be given an assistance of Rs 2 lakh to start their own business, and this amount will be completely free. Under this scheme, 94 lakh families of the state will benefit. The application process ran from February 5 to February 20. The final list of selected beneficiaries has been published on 23 February 2024. Those who applied for this scheme can see their name in the selection list.

Bihar Small Entrepreneur Scheme Assistance Amount Details

Under this scheme of Bihar government, those people who want to start their own business will be given financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh. This amount is not refundable and is given entirely as a grant. The assistance provided under this scheme will be given in three phases. In the first phase, 25% of the project cost will be given. In the second phase, 50% amount will be given and in the third phase the remaining 25% amount of the project cost will be given. This assistance amount will be sent directly to the bank account of the beneficiary. Only those beneficiaries who utilize the first installment properly will be given the amount of the next installment. This scheme will benefit approximately 94 lakh families of Bihar state and is expected to reduce the unemployment rate in the state.

The eligibility for selection list under Bihar Small Entrepreneur Scheme is as follows:

• Only the original residents of Bihar state will get the benefit of this scheme.
• The benefits of this scheme will be given to poor and unemployed families, who belong to all sections, without any discrimination.
• The monthly income of the person applying must be Rs 6000 or less.
• No member in the applicant's family should be in government job.
